„The Borgen neighbourhood is a large housing project in Halmstad, Sweden that was awarded the Halmstad Architecture Award in 2018. The residential area is beautifully situated along the Nissan river in the attractive southern parts of Halmstad. Eight residential buildings with modern architecture are built in a historic harbor environment. Architect firm Liljewall with client HFAB (Halmstads Fastighets AB) projected the residential area with contractor Serneke was part of making it into reality.“
