A bench as long as Brno: Moravské náměstí, Brno, Czech Republic

In collaboration with the architectural studio Consequence Forma, we have delivered a new dominant feature to Moravské Square. An unmissable bench that measures 394′ (120 m), weighs 40,786 lb (18,500 kg) in total and took more than 2,600 hours to design and manufacture. It outlines the central part of the park, which is formed by a water feature with a variable character, including a water surface, mist jets, and classic fountains, and can also be used for theatrical or musical performances. The magic truly unfolds after dark, as the entire bench comes alive with a captivating backlight.

The Slovak capital is changing, and the Pradiareň 1900 project is proof of that.
Bratislava, Slovakia

The historic building of the former Cvernovka, The Thread Factory, in Bratislava represented the pinnacle of industrial architecture at the turn of the 20th century, the onset of functionalism and fading romanticism. Bouda Masár Architects contributed to the preservation of its 120-year history with a reconstruction that was attentive to every detail of the production complex. The exterior is characterized by a white facade contrasting with windows in the original green color. The powerhouse has acquired its original coarse-grained plaster complemented by elements of exposed brickwork. The exterior was modified to its current form by Compass Architects. The extensive square with greenery offers two types of seating, Bistrot will accommodate you for a quick lunch during the summer days and Landscape will offer comfort for contemplation under the trees.

A playful and urbanistically interesting educational campus Innerfavoriten
Vienna, Austria

The large educational campus project in the Neues Landgut area of Vienna, designed by Schluder architects and completed by Krätfner landscape architects, connects the exterior of the building with its interior. The clear urban layout integrated the complex building into the built-up urban structure. They created nooks and open spaces that connect to the individual levels of the interiors for the educational needs of children in different age groups. Vera Solo seating or Orbit placed on the roof with views of the surrounding buildings, complete the playful space for children.

A forest park in the urban jungle, that's Forest Campus
Warsaw, Poland

Under the baton of HB Reavis, HRA architekti have brought a piece of forest atmosphere to the Polish capital. Irregular paths lead visitors to different types of seating, which further enhance the pleasant impression of this park in the urban jungle. The space has become a center of activity for residents, workers and passers-by from the city districts of Wola, Śródmieście and Żoliborz. The central cascading Landscape seating and Rautster picnic tables are designed for meetings and groups of friends, while the Rivage sunbeds offer intimate seating. The entire project is interwoven with Lotlimit bike racks and Crystal waste bins.

Jersey City unveils new Square with Landscape bench
New Jersey, USA

In the heart of Jersey City, Exchange Place Plaza has been revitalized. Landscape architects Melillo + Bauer + Carman focused on pedestrian engagement and the urban charm of the waterfront, which is part of the popular NJ-NYC commuter line. The public space stretches along the Hudson River and is now once again a place for pedestrians and, thanks to the nearby playground, also for children. The central curved Landscape bench emphasizes the monumentality of the space and draws attention to the Katyn Memorial. The changes made to this public space in Jersey City will be used as a model for other streets in the vicinity of the waterfront.

One of the Most Beautiful Public Spaces in Southern Brazil
Porto Alegre, Brazil

A complex of eight buildings forms the Santa Casa hospital located in the southern Brazilian city of Porto Alegre. The buildings were constructed gradually over time as the hospital's visitor numbers increased. Today, it welcomes more than a million patients and their families each year. Architects Seferin Arquitetos da Saude and landscape architects EXP Urbanismo created a large roof project that connects all eight main entrances to the individual buildings. It was designed as a membrane that passes over the existing buildings and follows their height differences. The addition of Stack and Landscape Compact products to the covered space created a high-quality public space for meeting and relaxation.
