What will you be doing with us?
- Actively seek new business opportunities, expand our client base and come up with new ideas to secure long-term collaborations.
- Introduce and present our products to underline their uniqueness and convince even the most demanding clients.
- Create business strategies in collaboration with the management team, aimed at achieving ambitious goals.
- Provide advice and recommendations to help clients make confident decisions.
- Negotiate terms and strategic commercial agreements, you will be at the center of communication between clients and our teams.
- Monitor trends and the competition and adapt the offer to the current market needs.
- Prepare quotations that reflect the needs and wants of our clients.
- To lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve superior performance and results.
What do we expect from you?
- Min. Secondary education.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the English language (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Hungarian, Czech or Slovak language would be an advantage.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to independently seek business opportunities.
- Driving license with. B and willingness to travel throughout Romania on business.
- PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Pipedrive-advantage).
- Reading technical drawings.
- Place of residence: ideally near Bucharest, Pitesti, Ploiesti.
