For us, the European Capital of Culture title is not simply a celebration of art and creativity. We see it as an investment in a city's future – its cultural policy, infrastructure, and community life. That is precisely why mmcité wants to be involved. It makes sense for us to contribute to a project whose impact will reach far beyond 2026.
For over 30 years, we have been designing street furniture for everyday urban life. We know that a bench is more than just a bench. A shelter is more than protection from the rain. These are places for meeting, dialogue, and shared experiences. Public space is a natural stage for culture – and we are keen to help shape that stage alongside those who move cities forward.
Partnering with Trenčín 2026 is a natural step for us. We share the conviction that quality design and culture have the power to transform cities – not only visually, but socially and lastingly.
